Bridgtown Concert Showband is a local band that has been running for 30 years.
We play all genres of music and have played locally, nationally and further afield in different countries across Europe. We welcome all brass and woodwind players to play along with the friendly members of the group where we meet on a Monday evening for our relaxed rehearsals.
We are a charity and often hold performances to raise money for a particular cause or support local groups with a concert.
Rehearsals are weekly on a Monday evening 7-9pm at Bridgtown Social Club. Not including bank Holidays. Performances are booked throughout the year with our main event being Christmas.
Membership is £50 a year and this goes towards the cost of insurance whilst we are playing.
We welcome organisations and local charities to work together with us in order to raise money for good causes.
We often organise concerts with a charity in mind to support or we will work with groups to support their charity.
